A beautiful antique Victorian butterfly brooch from the mid 19th Century modelled in silver and set with eight colourful pieces of Scottish agate across each wing with chased patterning inbetween.

Each Agate is unique and boasts various earthy colours and patterned layers which are naturally formed, earning it the appropriate nickname ‘The Earth Rainbow’.

It's in excellent condition and will look wonderful on a lapel.
