I was very hesitant to purchase a ring online…but as they had great reviews & a refund policy, I decided to bite the bullet. So glad I did. I received my ring the next day & I am thrilled with it. It is exactly as described/pictured & the opals are even more stunning in real life. Service wise they’ll keep you updated with emails, tracking etc & nothing seems too much trouble. I contacted Laurelle looking to purchase a stunning Victorian silver bangle that I had my been keeping my eye on for a while. The responses that I received were quick and very helpful. Ordering was so easy and my bangle was dispatched and arrived in Australia in less than 5 days, including a weekend!! Buying jewellery from the other side of the world can be daunting but I am so happy with my bangle and with my experience with Laurelle. With such a gorgeous range of jewellery and great customer service I can easily see myself buying again. I have never seen a bangle of this style before. It’s just gorgeous! Really lovely pieces, often at stunningly good prices, with items to suit a wide range of both budgets and tastes, are offered by Laurelle. However, what is perhaps most important of all, especially when buying antique and vintage jewellery online, is the level of customer service. In my experience, and I have shopped here a number of times, Gemma and Sam and the others at Laurelle, go out of their way to help when asked. They are brilliant. This outlet represents all that's good about British commerce.

A beautiful replacement! My opal pendant arrived very quickly and I enjoy wearing it. The stones look like real opals but I wish I understood better what a ‘created’ opal, is and how it is made. Not inexpensive as a replacement for an opal pendant which I lost, but very beautiful and often admired.

I was so delighted to find Laurelle Antique Jewellery when I started to look for the perfect engagement ring for my now fiance! The selection of rings was incredible with the detailed descriptions of their history and provenance made it much easier to look & to pick a selection with a mind to view. After making initial contact this was easy to arrange (I live within an hour so quite convenient) During the meeting was made to feel comfortable and nothing was pressured. Two rings instantly jump out at me and all I had to do was make my decision and look to size the ring. After purchasing the chosen ring all communication was clear and present keeping me up to date with the re-sizing and arranging collection. They even followed up to see how the proposal went with genuine interest. The fact that everyone has commented how gorgeous the ring looks and loves the history behind it and that my fiance is absolutely smitten with it means I picked the right one! My ring has arrived. It is absolutely gorgeous!!! It took me a year to buy it:-) so when it finally showed up in my post box it was like Christmas! Can you please let Sam know that I finally got the ring that “sang” to me. It is a reminder of a ring my mother wore so it is sentimental even though it’s not her ring. I’ve never seen one since that is as close to hers as this one. The dangerous part? Now I know the caliber of what you sell- oh dear! I’ve got plenty of favourites in your shop. But I think I need to enjoy this one a little bit before I set my sights on another purchase. For me, your layaway plan enabled me to buy this.
