This fabulous ring is a very large synthetic Alexandrite that is beautifully set in 14ct gold.
Often described by gem aficionados as “emerald by day, ruby by night,” alexandrite is the
very rare color-change variety of the mineral chrysoberyl.
Set in a 1950’s setting this beautiful ring has a lovely Retro gallery The ring is stamped 14ct gold.
Alexandrite’s of this size are extremely desirable even though this is synthetic it is sourced after
worldwide.
Excellent condition all round.
Weighs 4.6 grams – most rings weigh 3 grams.
Ring size is T 1/2 UK or 10 USA
The Dimensions are 13mm for the stone and 15mm with the lovely gallery.
