This grand antique Edwardian Albert chain comprises of chunky, graduated curb links, fashioned in solid sterling silver and gilded in sunny 18ct yellow gold. The chain dates to the early 20th Century and has been fitted with a new T-bar and claw clasps over time that bear Sheffield 1999 hallmarks.
In the early 20th century, Albert chains were both a practical and stylish accessory for gentlemen, used to secure a pocket watch or fob to a waistcoat.
