Product Details
A magnificent antique Edwardian pearl diamond bangle, modelled in 18ct gold. The piece is lined with an alternating pattern of seven large button pearls and six dazzling old mine cut diamonds, claw set along a rosy gold band, with a box clasp and safety chain at the side to hold it secure.
The pearls have a bright, creamy lustre and graduate in size along the front, along with the diamonds which increase from 0.40 to 0.75ct (approx. 3.5ct total). They’re extremely bright, with superb SI 1 clarity – H colour.
Pearls are the birthstone of June and a true treasure of the ocean, produced organically by fresh and saltwater molluscs. Their spherical shape and exceptional lustre have long been associated with the beauty of the moon and together with diamonds, symbolise eternal love and loyalty.
This is a truly exceptional Edwardian bangle, all in excellent condition with a fine collection of complementary gems spread out over the top.
We recommend you insure for £12,500. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
