Product Details
A magnificent antique Edwardian daisy cluster ring adorned with a spellbinding natural moonstone cabochon bulging from the centre, displaying an enchanting blue schiller that glows beneath its transparent surface.
It weighs approx. 1.45ct and is complemented by a halo of seventeen twinkling old mine cut diamond petals around the outside, with an additional diamond on each shoulder (approx. 0.76ct total).
The mystifying moonstone derives its name from the stone’s ethereal, luminescent light that was once believed to be moonlight in solid form. In Greek mythology they were associated with Selene, the feminine moon Goddess and said to be a path to love, wisdom and new beginnings.
The gallery is a union of 18ct gold and platinum with a scalloped border, milgrain edging and pierced sides. It’s a glorious statement ring that is sure to catch the eye.
We recommend you insure for £3,300. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
