Product Details
A pretty antique Edwardian 18ct gold cluster ring, made in Birmingham in 1906. The gallery is crowned with a twinkling old mine cut diamond in the centre, haloed by six lustrous pearls and six cherry-pink rubies that chase down scrolling shoulder accents.
Rubies have long been associated with the heart due to their fiery pink/ red colouring which is symbolic of love and passion. Similarly, diamonds and pearls are also given as tokens of eternal love and faithfulness, making all three a wonderful, romantic combination.
This is a gorgeous antique Edwardian ring, displaying a lovely collection of complementary gems and bears Birmingham hallmarks and the maker’s mark within the band.
