Adorned with a regal blue beauty at its heart, this gorgeous antique Edwardian sapphire diamond daisy cluster ring is sure to catch the eye. Weighing approx. 1.25ct, the central round cut sapphire has a deep, electric-blue hue that stands out against a sparkling halo of ten brilliant cut diamond petals, with excellent SI1 clarity – H colour, approx. 0.80ct total.
Sapphire is the birthstone of September and is considered a stone of wisdom, loyalty, and protection. It has long been a favourite of royalty and its regal, deep-blue hue contrasts beautifully with the brilliance of diamonds, together embodying beauty, strength and eternal love.
This Edwardian sapphire cluster ring is modelled in lustrous platinum and features a milgrain bezel setting for the centre stone and an intricate, open-work basket gallery at the back. It dates to the early-1900s and would make a striking statement piece or sapphire engagement ring, with a gorgeous collection of precious gems crowned on top.
We recommend you insure for £5,300. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
