Product Details
A stunning antique Georgian diamond full-eternity ring, encircled with twenty-five glistening rose cut diamonds that have been foil-backed to increase their beauty and sparkle. The scalloped silver band is closed-backed and the stones graduate in size from 0.05ct at the back, to 0.30ct at the front, making a grand total of approx. 2.2ct.
The rose cut has been around since the 16th Century and is recognised for its domed shape and neat triangular facets that are cut to resemble the petals of a rosebud. They were at the height of popularity in the Georgian era and were beloved for their enchanting sparkle that was said to dance by candlelight.
This is a striking antique Georgian ring, dating to the late 18th Century. It’s all in excellent condition and showcases a gorgeous, unbroken ring of sparkling diamonds that perfectly symbolise eternal love.
