This beautiful antique 18th Century Silver Georgian Paste pendant is Circa 1790.
Due to its age, Georgian jewellery is quite rare, with some pieces almost three hundred years old. From 1714 until 1837 four King Georges and a short-lived William gave rise to this extended period, spanning many fashions that are reflected in these stunning pieces of Georgian jewellery.
The wonderful pendant is adorned with ten large sparkling white Paste Stones set in a beautiful Silver Georgian gallery.
Paste is a transparent flint glass that simulates the fire and brilliance of gemstones. White Pastes sparkle just like Diamonds, captivating the allure of natures beauty.
This is a truly stunning collectible Georgian piece that is steeped in English history and would look fabulous displayed on a Silver chain.
