This spectacular Antique Edwardian Suffragette pendant is a starburst of Pearls and Amethysts with a lovely 0.25ct Peridot at its heart.
Suffragette jewellery was worn to show one’s allegiance to the women’s Suffragette movement in the early 20th century and popularly consisted of Violet, Green and White stones which carried the message: Green for Give, white for Women and violet for Votes!
The piece is a wonderful open-worked design fashioned in 18ct Yellow Gold with beautiful foliate motifs. It is very colourful and would look fabulous hanging from a Gold chain.
