Details
A beautiful pair of antique Victorian amethyst heart earrings, each showcasing a captivating deep-violet heart-shaped amethyst drop of approx. 2.9 carats. The gemstones are elegantly secured in finely crafted 18ct yellow gold crimped settings, surmounted by an old mine-cut diamond of approx. 0.10 carats, set in silver.
Amethyst is the birthstone of February and is often associated with Saint Valentine, the patron saint of love. Throughout history, its deep purple-violet hue has long been a favourite of royalty and contrasts beautifully with the bright, scintillating sparkle of diamonds, together symbolising protection, eternal love and devotion.
Both in excellent condition, these exquisite Victorian heart earrings would make a truly meaningful gift for a loved one or a treasured addition to any fine jewellery collection.
