This truly beautiful Victorian Enamel butterfly brooch is set in Silver, Circa 1900.
The wonderful butterfly is adorned in blue Enamel, with a black Enamel body.
The wings of the butterfly are a deep, rich blue but show more purple in the photos.
Butterfly or insect jewellery is highly collectable and was a symbol of good luck to the wearer during the Victorian era.
The brooch is complete with a pin and safety catch.
The brooch is made in Denmark and hallmarked Sterling Silver on the reverse.
Looks fabulous when worn, a unique collectable find.
