This delightful antique Victorian clover brooch is crafted in warm 15ct yellow gold to depict a four-leaf clover. The brooches four heart-shaped leaves are carved from golden-yellow citrines, with four seed pearls in-between, surrounding a soft purple amethyst centrepiece.
The four-leaf clover was a cherished motif in the Victorian era, symbolising luck and good fortune. When paired with a heart, it beautifully expresses the sentiment of being fortunate in love and the gratitude of having found one’s true match.
Dating to the late 19th Century, this collectable Victorian four-leaf clover brooch features a colourful display of natural gems, bordered with fine rope edging, and is fitted with a secure pin and safety chain at the back.
