These gorgeous Antique Victorian long drop earrings have been crafted out of stunning black Whitby Jet and fitted with lovely 9ct wire hooks.
Whitby Jet was brought to the attention of the world by Queen Victoria who used Whitby Jet as part of her mourning attire. Jet is a type of brown coal, a fossilised wood from an ancient tree which today is highly collectable and sought after worldwide.
