A splendid antique Victorian Dearest brooch decorated with Diamonds, Pearls and four gemstones at each end which spell out the word ‘DEAR’ with each first letter – Diamond, Emerald, Amethyst, Ruby.
The stones are set in a fancy gallery modelled in Silver and 18ct Yellow Gold. The piece would make a lovely gift for a loved one and is steeped in romantic sentiment.
Complete with its original fitted box from ‘Hicklenton and Sydal’ with a red leather casing and violet velvet interior.
