A beautiful antique Victorian portrait brooch from the mid 19th Century featuring a detailed, hand painted image of a blue tit perched on a branch above a running river with rich green bushes painted upon a pale pink porcelain background.
It’s set in a gold gilt frame with chased patterning around the border. It’s remained in excellent condition and is a true work of art.
