Product Details
A glamorous pair of long antique Victorian pearl diamond drop earrings, consisting of 18ct gold hooks and links, interspersed with six natural pearls and a two sparkling old mine cut diamonds (approx. 0.08ct each). The largest pearls at the bottom, are beautiful boule-shaped button pearls with a bright, white lustre and are set with silver tops, encrusted with twinkling rose cut diamonds.
Pearls are the birthstone of June and a true treasure of the ocean, produced organically by fresh and saltwater molluscs. Their spherical shape and exceptional lustre have long been associated with the beauty of the moon and are symbolic of purity, serenity, and loyalty.
These are an elegant pair of antique pearl earrings, dating to the late 19th Century and look beautiful swinging from each ear.
