An exquisite antique Victorian pendant-brooch skilfully crafted in 18ct yellow gold, featuring an ornate Rococo-inspired wreath surrounding a large, luminous natural blister pearl. The intricate scrollwork is accented by a sparkling halo of old mine cut diamonds and delicate seed pearls, while a detachable pearl drop swings gracefully at the bottom.
