A fabulous antique Art Nouveau pendant necklace featuring a gorgeous open-work pendant consisting of scroll and floral motifs, accented by bright white seed pearls, an oval green peridot centre and a matching teardrop dropper. It’s fashioned in bright 9ct yellow gold and has a pin concealed at the back, so it can also be worn as a brooch.
Peridots and Pearls are considered gifts from Mother Nature and complement each other beautifully. Matched with a warm gold metal, their bright green and white hues together evoke the beauty of summertime, or a meadow of green grass with white daisies, bringing feelings of joy and serenity with you wherever you go.
Dating to the turn of the 20th Century, this beautiful peridot pearl pendant/ brooch remains in excellent condition. It’s accompanied by a matching 17-inch cable chain to display it on, also fashioned in 9ct gold, with fancy navette links interspersed along the length.
