Product Details
An exquisite antique Victorian gypsy trilogy ring hallmarked London, 1892. It features two twinkling old mine cut diamonds (approx. 0.06ct each) and a cushion cut blue sapphire in the centre (approx. 0.20ct) all held in gypsy star settings.
Blue Sapphire is said to be a stone of truth, wisdom and protection. It has long been a favourite of kings and royalty, adored for its royal blue colouring which was considered a reflection of the sky and the heavens, making it divine.
The sleek band is modelled in solid 18ct gold and has developed a lovely smoothness and patina with age. It would make a wonderful gift for a loved one with a trilogy of stones representing past, present and future or those three little words – “I love you”.
