Details
A glamorous antique Victorian sapphire and diamond ring dating to the late 19th century, crafted in 18ct yellow gold. The elegant half-hoop gallery showcases a trilogy of deep royal-blue sapphires, securely claw-set and accented by four sparkling old mine cut diamonds - a timeless royal combination long associated with protection, loyalty, and eternal devotion.
The centre cushion-cut sapphire weighs approx. 0.70ct and is flanked by two matching sapphires of approx. 0.50ct each, giving an estimated total of 1.7 carats. The four hand-cut diamonds are approx. 0.08ct each, with excellent SI1 clarity and H colour, creating a striking contrast.
Preserved in excellent condition, this exceptional Victorian ring displays a beautiful and rare combination of precious gemstones and is equally suited to stacking or making a statement on its own. It would make a memorable anniversary gift or a regal engagement ring.
