An elegant antique Victorian Art Nouveau bangle from the turn of the 20th Century. The band twists gracefully at the front toward a bright old mine cut diamond and deep blue sapphire, weighing approx. 0.25ct each.
The two contrasting stones symbolise the coming together of two souls. The style was made popular in France in the 18th century and was named “Toi et Moi”, which is French for “You and me”.
The band is all solid 18ct gold with a line of additional old cut diamonds and blue sapphires chasing across the curves of the band in opposite directions.
It’s a stunning piece with a lovely sentiment attached. It’s held securely around the wrist by a box clasp and safety chain at the side.
