This beautiful Victorian 9ct Gold Scottish bracelet is Circa 1860.
Scottish jewellery was made popular by Queen Victoria as it became a souvenir of her frequent trips to Scotland and her Scottish Castle Balmoral from the mid 1800s.
The bracelet is fitted with beautiful Striped and Bullseye Agates and set with engraved 9ct Gold panels.
Leading to a gold engraved clasp, displaying detailed floral workmanship.
Agate is a strong mineral sometimes known as the earth rainbow for it’s patterned texture that shows varying colours the earth can produce. Each Agate is unique with beautiful natural colouring and polished to perfection.
Purchased in London and steeped in Victorian history.
The bracelet looks fabulous when worn, a true Scottish treasure.
