A pair of beautiful Antique Victorian Scottish Earrings produced in Silver with a drop style and featuring Jasper, Carnelian and Paste Stones.
Scottish jewellery grew in popularity in the mid- 1800s as Queen Victoria’s frequent trips to her Scottish Castle Balmoral saw her return with Scottish souvenirs and jewellery which influenced the trend in Britain.
The earrings show stunning craftsmanship, with the Paste Stones simulating Citrines, and are fitted with shepherd hook wires.
