These magnificent Antique Victorian Scottish earrings have been modelled in Silver and each set with an array of Jasper and Carnelian pieces. The pieces appear in a flower shaped arrangement and are surrounded by fancy metal work and finally silver balls attached to the outer edge of each earring.
Carnelian stones were once known as ‘The Setting Sun’ by ancient Egyptians due to the stones deep orange colouring. The stone has been worn throughout history as a symbol of leadership, providing the wearer with the courage needed in life.
