An exquisite antique locket and collar from the late Victorian era, Circa 1880. The locket displays intricate, chased patterning with foliate motifs on the front and forget me nots on the back, symbolising love and remembrance.
The large collar has a wonderful chevron design and is also detailed with chased patterning. It articulates fluidly with movement and has a lovely smooth touch. Both are fashioned in sterling silver and the locket is complete with rims and windows within to store two cherished family portraits.
