This statement Victorian ring represents the Suffragette movement hallmarked Chester, Circa 1900.
Suffragettes liked to be depicted as feminine, their jewellery popularly consisted of Violet Green and White colours which were chosen to counter the stereotypes put forward by opponents that they were mannish or shrieking.
The ring is set with a central violet Amethyst, with sparkling Diamonds nestled in-between it, which then follow to, two bright Peridots.
Green is for Give, white is for Women and violet is for Votes.
