Product Details
A fabulous pair of Art Deco carnelian drop earrings, adorned with two glossy carnelian droppers, with a lovely honey-amber colouring. They’re suspended from square 9ct gold tops, with lever back fittings at the back and set with bright white button pearls at the front, with four twinkling diamonds around the outside.
Carnelian is a form of chalcedony, nicknamed the “Sunset stone” by the ancient Egyptians due to its fiery orange, red or brown colouring. It has been worn throughout history as a stone of leadership and is believed to bring the strength and courage one needs to succeed.
These are an eye-catching pair of Art Deco drop earrings, dating to the early 20th Century and are both in excellent condition.
