A fabulous Art Deco-Inspired amethyst cocktail ring, adorned with a large cushion cut amethyst in the centre, with a deep-violet hue. It weighs approx. 5 carats and is claw set in a frame of clear cubic zirconia that chase around the border and twinkle like brilliant cut diamonds.
Amethyst is the birthstone of February and is considered a stone of protection, clarity and tranquillity. Its deep purple/ violet colouring has been highly esteemed throughout history, adorning regal jewellery all around the world, from ancient Egypt to the British crown jewels.
The piece is crafted in silver throughout and features a basket under gallery and 18ct gold gilt band at the back. It’s a striking amethyst statement ring that sits high and proud atop the finger for all to see.
