A glorious Victorian inspired riviere snake necklace complete with a comprehensive gem certification. The chain consists of twenty-five pear shaped briolette cut citrines which have a radiant, golden-amber glow and range from 5 – 6.5ct each, totalling approx. 156 carat.
The spectacular box clasp takes the form of a large snake’s head biting its own tail which is a symbol of eternal love. It’s decorated with sparkling brilliant cut diamonds, pink marquise cut ruby eyes (approx. 0.30ct each) and a large oval citrine crowned on top (approx. 6.5ct).
The report states that all the stones are natural and there are 235 diamonds in total. They’re a wonderful combination of rose and brilliant cut with superb SI 1/2/3 clarity – L/M colour and have a combined weight of approx. 4.75ct.
The links and clasp are all crafted in silver and are backed in 18ct yellow gold. It’s a magnificent statement piece and boasts a dazzling array of natural citrines and diamonds which glisten beautifully in the light.
