Details
A fabulous Victorian-inspired opal snake ring, featuring an array of colourful cultured opal cabochons encrusted across the serpent’s head and across the front of its coiled body, which forms the band.
Opal is the birthstone of October and is considered a stone of luck and passion. Serpent rings have varying symbolism but were popularised in the 19th Century as a token of love and friendship, often depicted as an unbroken ring to represent eternal love and loyalty.
The ring is modelled in silver and has been gilded in a bright 18ct yellow gold. It looks wonderful wrapped around the finger and would make a great gift for a loved one.
