A grand Victorian inspired carved half hoop ring ornamented with a round, royal blue sapphire in the centre weighing approx. 0.80ct, with two bright brilliant cut diamonds at each side (approx. 0.30ct each) and four smaller stones twinkling in between.
Sapphire is the birthstone of September. The blue variety is considered a stone of truth, wisdom and protection and has long been a favourite of kings and royalty, adored for its royal blue colouring which was considered a reflection of the sky and the heavens, making it divine.
The exquisitely detailed band is all solid 18ct gold with intricate, scrolled engraving down the sides and shoulders, creating a fabulous bed for the stones to rest on.
It would make a stunning engagement ring with a trilogy of stones representing past, present and future or those three little words – “I love you”.
