A spectacular vintage French cocktail ring adorned with a polished turquoise cabochon bulging from the centre, haloed by twelve blue sapphires (approx. 0.96ct total) and twelve bright brilliant cut diamonds with excellent VS1 clarity – H colour (approx.1.8ct total). The turquoise weighs approx. 10ct and exhibits a calming turquoise-blue hue with the stones natural matrix patterning showing on the surface.
Turquoise is the birthstone of December and considered a stone of luck and good fortune. It has been beloved throughout history for its opacity and calming blue/ green hues that reflect the sky and ocean, bringing about clarity, calm and happiness to those who possess it.
The turquoise is claw set on a large 18ct gold gallery with a basket under-gallery beneath and features a French 18ct Eagle mark on the outside of the band. It’s truly breath-taking to behold, an extravagant statement ring boasting a striking collection of natural gems.
