A grand opal bangle made in London in 1984. The gallery is bestowed with a line of graduating natural opal cabochons ranging from 0.10ct to 0.70ct in the centre (approx. 4.1ct total). They display a mesmerising medley of fiery colours that shimmer like a beautiful rainbow across the wrist.
Opal is the birthstone of October. Their magic has been revered throughout history, desired for their enchanting rainbow of greens, pinks and blues that flow and dance across the surface of the stone, evoking the beauty of planet earth or the aurora borealis, with a burning orange sunset glowing behind.
The sleek band is fashioned in 9ct gold with a pierced under gallery and a box clasp and safety chain at the side. It’s a striking piece and complete with the maker’s mark and London hallmarks within the band.
