A spectacular vintage cocktail ring built around a spellbinding natural opal at its heart. It weighs approx. 12ct and displays a rainbow of vibrant colours dancing under the surface. It’s complemented by a halo of sixteen bright, clean brilliant cut diamonds around the border with exceptional VS1 clarity – H colour, weighing approx. 0.25ct each – 4ct total.
The magic of opals has been revered throughout history. Its enchanting rainbow of vibrant colours shimmer and intensify with the light as ethereal greens, pinks and blues flow and dance across the surface of the stone, evoking the beauty of planet earth or the aurora borealis, with a burning orange sunset glowing behind.
The band is modelled in solid 18ct white gold and branches out into a magnificent umbrella under-gallery, made up of individual wires, creating an extravagant stage for the stones to perform on.
