A fabulous vintage flower pendant featuring nine mesmerising natural opal cabochons making up the centre and surrounding petals. They display a striking kaleidoscope of colours and total approx. 3.2ct.
The magic of opals has been revered throughout history. Its enchanting rainbow of vibrant colours shimmer and intensify with the light as ethereal greens, pinks and blues flow and dance across the surface of the stone, evoking the beauty of planet earth or the aurora borealis, with a burning orange sunset glowing behind.
The frame is a wonderful open-work, basket design crafted in 18ct gold with textured detailing across the front and bale. It would look perfect on the end of a gold chain and displays a stunning collection of opals.
