A spectacular vintage sapphire diamond cocktail ring, bestowed with an enormous oval cut yellow sapphire weighing approx. 10 carats. The natural sapphire exhibits a radiant, sunny-yellow hue and is claw set in a frame of eighteen sparkling brilliant cut diamonds, totalling approx. 1.8 carats.
