A beautiful Antique Edwardian lavaliere necklace from the turn of the 20th Century featuring a pretty Art Nouveau pendant depicting two shamrocks decorated with heart shaped Amethysts and Pearls with a heart dropper hanging from the bottom.
The Shamrock was a popular motif in the Edwardian era and was a symbol of luck and good fortune. This paired with a heart signifies how lucky one feels to have found love.
The pendant is fashioned in 15ct Yellow Gold and suspended from two chains which raise to meet another Amethyst. It’s a stunning design and hangs from a long 15ct chain complete with a tube clasp.
