An enchanting antique Edwardian blue zircon cluster ring, showcasing a captivating brilliant-cut blue zircon weighing approx. 2.80 carats, exhibiting a deep sea-blue hue and radiant inner sparkle. It is beautifully framed by a sparkling halo of single-cut diamonds, totalling approx. 0.48 carats, all securely set in platinum, with a sleek 18ct yellow gold band at the back.
Natural zircon is one of the world's oldest gemstones, prized for its remarkable brilliance and dispersion, which often surpasses that of sapphire. Blue zircon, sometimes affectionately known as "Starlite", is celebrated for its vivid ocean-blue to teal-blue tones and dazzling sparkle, making it one of the brightest blue gemstones available.
