Product Details
A gorgeous antique Edwardian trilogy ring with a beautiful, vivid green step cut emerald in the centre (approx. 0.80ct), flanked by two bright, complementary old European cut diamonds with excellent clarity and colour (approx. 0.20ct each, SI1 – H).
The Romans considered the Emerald to be the sacred stone of the goddess Venus and it was said to preserve love and provide hope. Its natural green colouring also makes it a stone of springtime and is associated with eternal love and faithfulness making it the perfect choice for an engagement ring.
The piece is a union of platinum and 18ct yellow gold with the stones held securely in pronounced claw mounts that crown them high upon the finger.
It would make a stunning engagement ring with a trilogy of stones representing past, present and future or those three little words, “I love you”.
We recommend you insure for £3,300. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
