This exquisite antique Edwardian five-stone diamond ring is fully hallmarked within the band and was crafted in Birmingham in 1911, the same year as the coronation of King George V. Fashioned in warm 18ct yellow gold, the half-hoop gallery showcases a graduated row of glittering old mine-cut diamonds, flush-set down the centre (approx. 0.16ct total), with hand-finished scrollwork delicately embellishing the shoulders.
During the Edwardian era, five-stone rings were a cherished romantic gesture, with each diamond symbolising a cornerstone of a successful relationship: love, commitment, trust, communication, and empathy.
