Product Details
A gorgeous antique Edwardian half hoop ring modelled in 9ct gold and collet set with three cherry-pink garnets (approx. 0.76ct total) with two bright white pearls in between that contrast and complement them beautifully.
Garnet is the birthstone of January and has been desired throughout history for its strength and blazing crimson-red or cherry-pink flame that glows beneath its dark exterior. It’s considered a stone of the heart and is symbolic of passion and enduring love.
It’s in excellent condition and the stones sit in a raised gallery that looks beautiful spread over the finger. It’s complete with the maker’s mark and Chester hallmarks within the band which have faded a little over time but indicate it was made between 1901 – 1915.
