Product Details
A glorious antique Edwardian carved half hoop ring adorned with a trilogy of natural opal cabochons displaying a kaleidoscope of vibrant colours that dance across the surface. They weigh approx. 1.7ct in the centre and 0.40ct on either side with six twinkling rose cut diamonds nestled in between.
Opal is the birthstone of October. Their magic has been revered throughout history, desired for their enchanting rainbow of greens, pinks and blues that flow and dance across the surface of the stone, evoking the beauty of planet earth or the aurora borealis, with a burning orange sunset glowing behind.
The piece is modelled in solid 18ct gold and features scrolled artistry engraved down the sides with faded Chester hallmarks within the band. It’s a spectacular piece and the opals are truly mesmerising to gaze upon.
We recommend you insure for £4,000. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
