A classic antique Edwardian opal gypsy ring crafted in warm 18ct yellow gold. The gallery is set with three natural cabochon opals (approx. 0.65ct total) displaying a vibrant medley of green, blue and fiery orange flashes that shimmer beautifully across the surface. Four twinkling old mine-cut diamonds are also set flush between them, creating a captivating display reminiscent of the Aurora Borealis dancing across a starry sky.
In excellent condition, this Edwardian opal rings wide, low-profile gallery makes it perfectly suited to stacking and daily wear and is complete with the maker’s mark, belonging to the esteemed “A.W. Crosbee & Co”, alongside clear Chester hallmarks dating to 1910.
