This enchanting antique Edwardian opal ruby diamond pendant/ brooch is crafted in a warm 18ct yellow gold and features a starburst of natural gems, including seven deep-pink rubies, six twinkling brilliant cut diamonds and seven natural opals, exhibiting a medley of vibrant colours that change and intensify with the light.
