Product Details
A magnificent antique Edwardian statement ring from the early 20th Century bestowed with a marvellous synthetic cushion cut pink sapphire with a deep magenta hue. It weighs approx. 8.5 carats and is claw set in a frame of twinkling old mine cut diamonds, totalling approx. 1.1ct.
Sapphire is the birthstone of September. The pink variety is beloved for its soft pink or deep magenta hue, symbolic of femininity, romance and passion. They’re believed to soothe one's heart and provide long-lasting joy and happiness to any relationship.
The gallery is modelled in solid 18ct gold with platinum diamond settings and features a domed under gallery with pierced sides and a thick band at the back that splits into five wires at the shoulders.
An outstanding statement piece boasting an alluring pink sapphire at its heart. It’s complete with French purity marks on the outside of the band indicating it was imported and assayed in Paris.
We recommend you insure for £3,000. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
