A beautiful antique Suffragette lavaliere necklace featuring a fabulous Art Nouveau style gallery with droppers, flowing curves and floral motifs decorated with amethysts, peridots and pearls.
Together the colours of each stone show support for the women’s Suffrage movement which took place in the early 20th Century and symbolise; Violet for Loyalty, White for Purity and Green for Hope, or Give Women Votes!
The gallery and figaro chain is fashioned in 9ct gold and fitted with a newer ring clasp at the end. It’s in excellent condition and displays a colourful collection of gemstones that contrast and complement each other beautifully.
We recommend you insure for £1,700. We can provide a written Valuation on completion of the sale.
