A striking antique Edwardian Suffragette ring decorated with a 0.25ct Amethyst flanked by two 0.15ct Peridots and four sparkling Rose cut Diamonds nestled in between.
Suffragette jewellery was worn to show one’s allegiance to the women’s Suffragette movement in the early 20th century and popularly consisted of Violet, Green and White stones which carried the message: Green for Give, white for Women and violet for Votes!
The gallery is modelled in 18ct Yellow Gold and displays fancy engraved shoulders. It is a glorious piece and fully hallmarked and dated 1906 inside the shank.
