A magnificent antique Suffragette ring modelled in 18ct gold and tension set with three amethysts (approx. 0.30ct – 0.80ct), two peridots (approx. 0.50ct each) and eight diamonds nestled in between (approx. 0.08ct total).
The combination of gemstone colours was often used to show support for the women’s Suffrage movement which took place in the early 20th Century and symbolised; Violet for Loyalty, White for Purity and Green for Hope, or Give Women Votes!
The stones look fabulous spread out across the finger and contrast and complement each other beautifully.
